Return and Exchange Policy – FavRoze

At FavRoze, we strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. Due to the nature of fresh flowers being perishable items, a clear policy has been established to ensure fairness and service quality.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted after delivery.

Exchange Cases

An exchange request may be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product arrives in poor condition
  • The delivered item differs from the order
  • Damage occurred during delivery

Exchange Request Timeframe

Exchange requests must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Requirements

To process an exchange request:

  • Clear photos of the product must be provided
  • The request must be submitted through official contact channels
  • The product must remain in the same condition as received

Compensation

If the request is approved, FavRoze may offer:

  • A replacement bouquet
  • or
  • A store credit voucher

Depending on the case and product availability.

Important Notes

Some bouquet elements may vary due to seasonal flower availability. Unavailable flowers will be replaced with equivalent alternatives of similar value and appearance.
